Legislation

Stadiums Queensland implements a number of policies across all eight major sporting and entertainment facilities to comply with current legislation and for the benefit of patrons attending events.  These policies are published below in accordance with the Right to Information Act 2009.


Tobacco Legislation

Amendments to the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998 require all Stadiums Queensland venues to be smoke free. More info


Ticket Scalping

The Queensland Parliament has passed laws to make ticket scalping an  offence. More info


Declared Events

A ‘declared event’ is an event identified by the Governor in Council where  advertising will be regulated. More info
