Contractor Induction

Stadiums Queensland (SQ) have recently launched a new online Contractor and Visitor Management System. This system will assist in emergency event management, allowing SQ to contact workers onsite quickly in the event of an emergency.

This system requires a little forward planning by contractors to ensure that their workers have done the SQ Contractor Induction BEFORE they arrive at a venue or location.

Contracting companies need to contact the venue at least 1-2 days prior to their intended visit to ensure that their company is listed in the system and that a "Company Portal Administrator” has been nominated.  The Company Portal Administrator’s role is to upload the details of any workers who will visit site, and to send the workers a link to do the SQ Contractor Induction before they arrive on site.
